Check in 3PM and check out 10AM. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Service providers such as pool cleaners and landscapers are scheduled regularly for service, and may be serviced during your stay.

The amply stocked kitchen is ideal for the experienced cook or the novice chef. Your friends and family can relax in the living room or marvel at your skills as you’re preparing alongside the expansive counterspace.

The living room offers comfortable and stylish seating for relaxing, entertaining, or catching the big game on the 55” smart TV. This home offers high-speed wireless internet and available apps for all of your personally subscribed to channels.

The master suite is your own grand retreat. Both light and bright yet comfortable and relaxing, the suite features a king bed, and direct access to the pool, spa and rest of the backyard with its own patio and conversation area. The master bath is its own private sanctuary featuring double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower.

All three of the guest bedrooms offer queen-size beds, are stylishly appointed, and share the hallway bathroom that features a shower/tub combo.

The sparkling pool and spa along with the outdoor fire pit make outdoor living a breeze. The City of Palm Springs requires that responsible party must be 25+ years of age and requires an in-person meeting at the property to discuss house rules, collect signatures, etc. Our Property Manager will reach out to you prior to your arrival to coordinate a time to meet up and check you in.

Please read the house rules carefully, as the city of Palm Springs has set forth clear ordinances that apply to all short term rentals in the City of Palm Springs. The ordinance states NO outdoor music is permitted during night or day. People noise is permissible and should be reasonable and measured between the hours of 10am-9pm.
