Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire unit and to all the Comunity amenities(pool time is 9:00am-9:00pm).

There is BBQ in balcony but you not allowed to use it per HOA. Please do not use it.

There is penalty if you don’t follow Comunity rules.

No Events or Parties allowed (there is $500 penalty if you do party)
Unit is just for 4 people. (There is $500 penalty if stay more than 4 people)
The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival to the apartment.
