The property is very quiet and secluded and perfect for that quiet getaway or relaxing with friends.
There is a newly added "Casita" with a separate entrance and Fleetwood tri-fold doors which fully retract for spectacular views of the mountains and pool.
The property has multiple fruit trees; lemon, grapefruit, fig, orange and Mexican lime.
We have a solar power system for electricity and pool heating that reduces our gas usage. As a result, we have one of the lowest pool heating charges in the area. These solar systems also dramatically lower our carbon footprint. The pool is salt water which greatly minimizes the use of chlorine.
We also have installed a Sonos sound system, with 4 zone multi room sound control. You can use our in-house system or stream from your own devices.
The property also features some basic gym equipment: full set of dumbbells 10-60lbs, barbell with weights and a weight bench. There are yoga mats available for use during your stay as well as a four bikes.
We have introduced luxurious Frette 100% cotton sheets from Italy in all bedrooms.
We have a 5 day minimum stay.
PLEASE NOTE: 12.5% Palm Springs Occupancy Tax as well as the Pool heating fees are NOT included in the nightly rate and you will be charged separately for these.
Pool Heating Fee is an extra $45/day night , recommended October through May. Spa Heating is always free. You must be 25 or older to rent. Maximum overnight occupancy is 6; Maximum daytime occupancy is 10. Absolutely No Smoking Inside and No Parties Allowed. Certain dog breeds under 65 lbs are allowed at this home (2 dogs maximum).
You are required to sign a Vacation Rental Contract. All guests must be listed and all Rules and Regulations followed.
In addition, all guests will need to sign the Rental Compliance form at check in.
