Designed for effortless getaways with family or friends, this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home gives every bedroom its own private en-suite bathroom - an ideal setup for couples traveling together. Inside, elevated desert interiors, Casper beds and a Bertazzoni-equipped chef's kitchen create a sophisticated yet comfortable place to unwind.

Spend the day lounging on the Baja shelf of your private pool, explore Miralon's miles of walking and biking trails, work out at the community fitness center, or enjoy the resort and lap pools. As evening approaches, fire up the grill, pour a glass of wine and settle in for a quiet night beneath the Palm Springs sky.

THE SPACE

Bright, sophisticated and designed for indoor-outdoor desert living, the home features an open floor plan, designer finishes and comfortable gathering spaces while still giving each bedroom its own private retreat.

The sun-filled living room is a comfortable place to gather after a day in Palm Springs, with plenty of seating, a fireplace and a Smart TV for movies, shows or sporting events.

Guests will have access to the entire home. Garage can fit up to two cars with a third in the driveway. No overnight parking on the street.

PRIVATE POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING

Spend the day relaxing poolside, rinse off under the outdoor shower, fire up the gas grill for an alfresco dinner or simply wind down in the backyard to watch the sunset.

The private cocktail pool features a Baja shelf designed for lounging, cooling off and enjoying the Palm Springs sunshine.

Optional pool heat is available for $69 per night or $345 per week and is generally recommended October through May. When purchased, the pool will be preheated to approximately 86 degrees for your arrival.

CHEF'S KITCHEN & DINING

The designer kitchen features premium Bertazzoni appliances, including a built-in refrigerator, 30-inch range and microwave, along with a Bosch dishwasher, wine refrigerator and fully equipped kitchen with all the gadgets you'll need to cook and serve a beautiful meal.

A large kitchen island seats four, while the adjacent dining table comfortably seats eight for dinners, morning coffee or board-game nights.

THREE PRIVATE EN-SUITE BEDROOMS

One of the home's best features is that all three bedrooms have their own private en-suite bathrooms, giving everyone privacy and making the home especially comfortable for couples, friends or family traveling together.

Primary Suite

Casper California King bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, large closet and spa-inspired en-suite bathroom. Sliding glass doors provide beautiful views from the backyard toward Miralon's signature olive grove and the San Bernardino Mountains.

Guest Suite One

The location also provides convenient access to all major hiking trails, cycling at the newly opened CV Link and the surrounding Coachella Valley resort communities.

PETS WELCOME

Up to two dogs under 25 lbs. are welcome. A pet fee of $79 will be charged. No other pets are permitted. Central Bark, Miralon's two dog parks, is a convenient way for your pup to enjoy the fresh air and exercise.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the cities and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.
