• Palm Springs has strict noise ordinances: NO outdoor music is allowed at any time.
• Guests must observe quiet time and keep loud noises to a minimum, especially during reasonable daytime hours.
• Outdoor spaces should be enjoyed responsibly during late evening hours
• Guests should follow Palm Springs good neighbor guidelines
• All guests must be 25+ or accompanied by a responsible party.

The property includes safety devices such as smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and exterior security features for added peace of mind.

There are security cameras in the property, all of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes.

Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Up to 10 nights: $59

11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights

Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights

Spa & Pool:
Spa heating included; 2-hour timer, can be turned on anytime.

Pool heating requires 24 hours to reach temperature; do not touch pool equipment—any damage is at guest’s expense.

Music: Allowed outdoors until 7:00 PM. Speakers (small, large, or any size), DJ equipment, or karaoke machines outdoors are strictly NOT allowed.
