The property is ideally situated for exploring the vibrant Palm Springs area, with events like Coachella, Stagecoach, Joshua Tree Music Festival, Palm Springs International Film Festival, Arthur Lyons Film Noir Festival, American Documentary Film Festival, Indio International Tamale Festival, Fashion Week El Paseo, Modernism Week, BNP Paribas Open and The Galleri Classic nearby.

The house is a 2-minute drive from Palm Springs airport (but don't worry-- due to the neighborhood's strategic positioning, airplanes do not fly overhead or create any noise).

Additional Policies:
• Spa heating is included, and pool heating is available for an extra $175/night.
• Per city restrictions, the property houses a maximum of 8 adults plus 2 children aged 12 and under.
• There are three exterior security cameras in the front of the property plus three exterior cameras pointed at the pool equipment in the side alley (we guarantee your complete privacy!)
• We are pet-friendly with an additional $400 pet fee. You are responsible for any and all damages caused by your pet.
• While we do provide soap, shampoo, bathroom towels, pool towels and paper products included, our propane tanks (for the grill and fire pit) are NOT guaranteed filled. We can have both tanks refilled for you for an extra $80 charge. Please let us know in advance if you'd like them guaranteed filled by the time you arrive.
