The community offers you three sparkling pools to enjoy along with two tennis courts for those avid players! Pickleball you ask, yep it's there!! Whether spending a week or a month this unit is one of the coziest you'll come across making for a truly relaxing and detoxing vacation!

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Due to this being in a gated community, you will need to stop by an automated lockbox in downtown Palm Springs to retrieve community access cards.
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
