Casa de Las Puertas is a bright, colorful, and relaxing. The kitchen & dining area overlook the backyard with upgraded quartz counter tops, stainless appliances and a large gas stovetop. The kitchen area offers seating for your entire group at the dining table, and there's also stools available at the kitchen island to sit and entertain the cook while they prepare their famous dish.

The living room offers a large screen smart television with Spectrum cable, so you won't miss your favorite show/game while vacationing in sunny Palm Springs. The Primary bedroom showcases a King size adjustable bed, smart tv, ceiling fan, pool access, and an ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, decorative artwork, and access out to the front courtyard area. The second guest room provides two long twin size beds, ceiling fan, and has access to the front courtyard as well.

The front courtyard offers a second location to enjoy your vacation. Featuring: fire pit, outdoor dining, mature landscaping, water feature, spectacular Mountain views, and multiple areas to unwind and relax in the warmth of the desert.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
