The space
The airy vaulted living and dining space with modern decor is perfect for entertaining with your group. Relax around the fireplace or watch TV/movies/etc on the brand new 55" Samsung streaming TV with Alexa and HDTV antenna for local stations. Feel free to login to your favorite streaming services.

The open kitchen with breakfast bar (seating for four) includes a gas range, microwave, in-door ice/water refrigerator and all the cookware, dishes (3 set choices) and glasses needed for the perfect indoor or outdoor cocktail hour and meal. Plastic options are available for outdoor use.

All three colorful bedrooms include a newly installed remote controlled ceiling fan, 45" streaming TV with Alexa, double door deep closet and bedside outlets for your electronics. Ask Alexa to play music or Sleep Sounds to lull you to sleep.

The Blue Room (master bedroom) has an ensuite bath, king size bed and opens to the pool.

The Frog Room (bedroom 2 - it's the name of the color) has a queen size bed.

The Red Room (bedroom 3) has a double size bed and a small desk.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the house, garage, desert landscaped yard with interesting plants, and the private backyard pool/spa and bar with BBQ.

Guest access:
Our home concierge will greet you personally at the door, give you a tour, explain the house features and answer any questions upon check-in or at any time during your stay. Check-out is also personally attended.
Other things to note
Prior to check-in, Palm Springs requires a signed contract between the hosts and one of the guests who is designated as the "Responsible Party" and is 25 years or older.

Other things to note:
Optional pool heating is available at $50-75/day depending on season and gas prices. Price will be finalized upon booking and stated in the contract signed before check-in. Pool heating will be billed upon check-in.

Spa heating is available on demand at the press of a button for no additional cost. It requires about 30 minutes to heat depending on the weather.

Pet cleaning fee is $100 (interior). Two food/water bowls are available in the hallway closet. Owners must use the rocky areas in the backyard, immediately clean-up after their dog and toss bags into the brown trash bin. If the yard is left uncleaned, additional fees will be charged.

Please note when walking your dog Palm Springs requires a leash at all times.
