Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, patio access, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a desk, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a desk, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #5 includes a full size bed and patio access.



This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.

• Please note that this home is only available for long term stays (29 days or 28 nights).

• A $10,000 security deposit per stay and a $2,000/month utility deposit are required for all reservations:

o The $2,000/month utility deposit must be paid before check-in and will cover utility costs, including pool and hot tub heating. Any unused portion will be refunded after checkout. If utility costs exceed $2,000/month, guests are responsible for the difference. Our Customer Care team will coordinate payment.

o The $10,000 security deposit will be refunded after a post-checkout inspection confirms no damages. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located on the carport and actively monitoring the driveway/carport parking area, (2) located on the back right corner of the house and actively monitoring the right side of the house towards the front gate.

Palm Springs is also known for its mid-century modern architecture and has the largest collection of preserved architecture in the world. The town has Art Deco style luxury rentals, funky design and architecture, tall palms, and mountain backdrops. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.
