Atomic Sun-Soaked Pad opens up for more entertainment possibilities with a dedicated card/game room off the dining space to play with the family or your friends over the weekend. No more can be said about the perfectly laid out backyard with mountain views, a large swimming pool and jacuzzi to accommodate and plenty of sunshine to work on your summer tan! New Addition To Backyard --- A covered and shaded outdoor dining space. Viewable in the night time pictures.



Pool heat is optional at a charge of $65 per day and payment will be requested before check in.

Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. There is no charge for spa heat



Additional Policies & Rules

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.

-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am

-No smoking inside home

-Renter must be 25+

-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
