The city prohibits musical instruments, sound systems and other devices outside the home between the hours of 10pm-10am.. No loud horseplay or disruptive noises are allowed outside after 10pm

DETAILS
Owners live in main home, but do not engage with guests unless needed. The main home has blackout curtains all around and can not see or engage with guests.

If your stay is 7 days or longer we require that housekeeping is allowed entry to tidy the home, and additional fees will be added to the stay. She will change sheets and refresh towels and deep clean the space.
