INTERIOR SPACE

This is a dual main suite condo. Located on the gorgeous Chaparral Golf Course with views of the mountains. The kitchen is amply stocked with everything you need during your extended stay. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, views of the golf course and breakfast table. The spacious living room with high ceiling and open floor plan allow natural light to brighten the condo. The dining table located just outside of the kitchen, features seating for six adults. The living space features new furniture, ample seating, work desk, and a 50in. SmartTV for your favorite sport events or shows. The wet bar is ideal for cocktail hour with friends and family.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The north suite features natural light from the atrium, a king bed with nightstands and a dresser. The north suite features a 50in SmartTV, and ensuite bath with shower and single vanity sink. The South suite features a king bed, walk in closet, nightstands, dresser and a 50in. SmartTV. The ensuite bath features a soaking tub, walk in shower and dual sink vanity. The front guest bedroom features two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed. The guest bedrooms share the hallway bath with a shower tub combo.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The community pool and spa are located 10 steps from the front door with chaise lounges. Amazing location. The patio features a dining table for six, a fire table for two and a three burner BBQ.

Close enough to walk to the famous Palm Desert Street Fair. 2 miles away from world-class shopping and restaurants on El Paseo, the Rodeo Drive of the desert. 20 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport. Centrally located for all of the offerings of Coachella Valley. Just pack your sunscreen and we will provide the sunshine!



RULES

The property is a 30 night minimum rental. The minimum age for this property is 25 years. No smoking, no parties. For Cancelation Policy please refer to the Rental Agreement.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
