"I thoroughly enjoyed this delightful small 12 unit complex with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The comfortable flat was well appointed with a kitchenette, WiFi, and TV. The pool was a great option to the beach, and there were bikes, hammocks, cornhole, and shuffleboard to enjoy. Parking was a breeze. SSC"

"Dave and Rod are two of the most gracious hosts we have encountered in our travels. They anticipated our every need and even got us to the airport on time when our uber did not come! We cannot make enough nice comments about the breakfast the house, the gardens and their generosity. We will definitely stay with them again if back in the area! "

"I think the property was Amazing, it was steps from front door to the beach. They had bikes to use and the property was maintained very well. Karen and Rich were very kind and helpful! I will try and come back next summer. "

The beach was not too inviting but the pool areas were very nice. Had trouble getting wi fi and Netflix. The Stores were mostly apparal oriented. Not very interesting. The buffet breakfast was excellent The architecture of the buildings is beautiful. Worth a visit. Much better than any chain hotel.

"This was a very nice hotel that we chose for a short, weekend staycation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have mandatory valet parking which is an additional $40 a day, but honestly, there is very limited parking in the immediate area so it’s just easier to walk everywhere. When the weather is nice, I’m sure it’s great, but the Florida heat is unforgiving. Anyway, it’s a nice place."

Breakfast was good and never packed, and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We would definitely consider visiting again. The area is close to a shopping plaza but be aware that there is not much to do unless you are interested in visiting the nature sites, beaches, or the historical museums. Overall terrific stay! "

"This is a place where the staff makes you feel welcome from the minute you arrive and throughout your stay.
We stayed at the Colony Hotel in the low season which means that not too many guest were staying at the hotel at the time and there was always a helpful staff member nearby.
While we had no problems getting sunbeds by the pool this may not be the case if your stay is during high season."
