"Positives: Nice and clean room but no mini bar. View was the very trafficked Road outside. Restaurant by the hotel is ok. Food is good, but service could be better. Personel is service minded, but as is typical for the area, they are not that good at english. Negatives: although you can reach the Beach in about 10 minutter by walking, the hotel is placed right next to a very trafficated road.mainly the location is due to ny expectations not being reached."

"we stay 10days in Mondello, which are perfekt for a breach-holiday. The staff were nice and gave us nice service. They helped us with transfer from the airport, easy to find the driver. The room was very nice, large and was cleaned perfectly every day. We have some lovely days and enjoy our stay at the hotel, which was much better than expected. We had a wonderful experience with opera in the hotel. can only recommend the hotel. :-)"
