This apartment is located in an Art Nouveau building, just a few steps from the Martorana Church and the Church of San Cataldo.



The apartment is on the first floor with elevator access and opens onto a small hallway with a washing machine and a coat rack. Continuing on, you will find the living area with a sofa, TV, dining table, and fully equipped open kitchen. From this area, you can access the small balcony. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms. The layout of the house is completed by a bathroom with a shower.





*Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is the subject of an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting spots for tourists and residents.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
