- Kitchen / living room with hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, including all kitchen utensils, dining table, TV screen.
- Tivitti is also equipped with air conditioning and heating, wifi throughout the house, wardrobe, washing machine, iron.
It also has an internal terrace with outdoor furniture.

The area is served by the main public, urban and extra-urban means of transport, shuttle runs to and from the Falcone and Borsellino airport in 20 minutes.
