Dont expect to get the room you booked at this hotel! Half of the listed facilities is not present. I booked a standard doubleroom, But upon arrival i was placed in a small single room. I went to the reception and was asked to wait 10 minutes for a new room to be ready (i waited about 30, despite this being 1,5 hours after check in opens). I then got a room which was clearly also a single room, Where they had turned the bed, and places another bed beside it (it was 2 diffrent bedframes, and the headboard mounted on the wall gave it away). One of the reasons i booked this hotel id because on the booking page it says theres a balcony in double rooms. So i went to the reception again, and was told due to full occupation they couldnt move me to a new room with balcony before tomorrow, even tho the booking site showed 6 available rooms of the type. The next day i was moved to a family room(more space but still nor the room i booked) also without balcony. I gave up complaining as i was always met with a bad attitude from the hotel staff who seemed like they were not very interested in resolving the matter. Not once did i get an apology or any kind of understanding. Dont waste your money here. Pictures are of the second room i got, which was supposedly a double standard room
