The property has 250 square metres of surface area, strategically distributed to offer maximum comfort. It has 3 complete bathrooms: one with a shower, another with a bathtub, and a third with a toilet. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine.



A charming detail is the indoor fireplace, perfect for cold nights, and the air conditioning in bedrooms that ensures a pleasant temperature. The WiFi connection allows you to stay connected during your stay.



The exterior offers spaces to enjoy: garden, garden furniture, balcony and terrace. In addition, it has 2 parking spaces in the garage within the same building. The location is privileged: just 400 metres from the beach and the urban centre, and with a supermarket nearby at 150 metres.



Important characteristics: pets are not allowed, but youth groups are welcome. Smoking is permitted. Perfect for families seeking a peaceful holiday on the Costa Brava.



In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations and making noise after 21:00 are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
