"The people who has the hotel were very accommodating as we came in late and they had technically closed but they came and open the doors for us and got us settled and helped us with parking as we arrived in the middle of a festival - very friendly and nice people "

"We stayed there for 6 nights. It was overall a good experience, the room was nice as well as the staff. The room was cleaned nicely everyday but the bath was not as nice as in pictures. It was worn out.
We were not happy with the location. Even though it was a possible to walk to the center, the neighbourhood was not very nice, with a lot of noise at night and smoke going from the BBQ restaurant directly to our terrasse. "

"Had a fantastic 4 night stay at this B&B! We had the desert room which was clean and very quiet. Rooms and bathroom were very modern. Safe neighborhood, we walked at night with no issues. Parking was on the street (free). Amenities include: mini bar fridge, hair blow drier, kettle, mugs and shampoo/soap. Francesco the host was very friendly, warm and accommodating! "The rooms are modern and very clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveler I also felt very safe here and could walk around to the market, bakery and restaurants easily. I really enjoyed my stay and it was nice to have a shared kitchen where I could store food in a fridge and make coffee each morning. The staff is very friendly a responsive and helpful. They even gave me a ride to the train station when I left Catania. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and family."

Beautiful room very clean and within walking distance to everything you might need.

The property uses self check-in, which was great because I arrived at an odd time. It went very smoothly. The instructions they sent were very detailed.

"We would like to formally express our dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, several issues prevented us from having the experience we expected from a 4-star establishment.
Klaus Room:
• The sheets were damp, and hot water heatet was not working upon arrival.
Bo Room • The toilet door could not be closed; although the reception eventually fixed this, it should not have been an issue in the first place.
• The showerhead was not functioning correctly, and the shower cabin was of very poor standard.
• Our room was missing a luggage rack, which made the stay less comfortable.
Restaurant (Dinner):
• Extremely loud music made it impossible to have a proper conversation.
• Despite having booked a table in advance, the staff were not prepared for our arrival. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet we were only given two menus for four people and had to ask for more.
• The candle on our table was not lit.
• The waiters appeared inattentive and unprofessional, with some walking around with their hands in their pockets.
• We had purchased two bottles of wine, but when one of our guests ordered an additional glass of wine, it took 15 minutes to be served.
• Overall, the level of service in the restaurant was extremely poor and far below the standard expected of a 4-star hotel.
Breakfast:
On a positive note, the breakfast service was excellent, and the lady attending the breakfast area was very kind and professional.
