Nice and spacious
This place was very spacious inside. We felt like everyone had their own space for sure. The beds were comfy and the living room along with the kitchen was a good size! Also, Dave and his dog Keiko were very friendly when we saw them at check out and even took our family pic outside his blooming cactus! Overall, a very good stay for sure. Will stay again if I’m back out this way.

Absolutely amazing, in every aspect! A++
We travel a lot all over the world and this was probably the nicest experience ever! Truly amaizng!The house is huge, sparking clean, great towels, comfortable beds, beautiful decor with many nice touches. In the kitchen besides regular dishes David provided disposable one in case you prefer not do dishes, popcorn for snack etc. There are convenient supermarkets nearby and Dave place being on the north part of Pahrum is as close to the Death Valley as you can be, about 40 minutes drive (there is one motel closer than that which is totally ran down). David the host stays on the premises with his lovely husky Keiko and is available to help if anything is need. Highly, highly recommended. If you want a reall home away from home that is the place.Thanks Dave, we loved it there and will definitely be back for anotheri hiking trip.

Awesome
We were in Parhump for a race . This property was so welcoming , the owner Dave and his pooch Kiekoo were so awesome and accommodating. We thoroughly loved our stay and will definitely book there for our next race . The house was large and cozy, clean and inviting, but my boys really enjoyed hanging out there and were able to play football. They loved Kiekoo he was such a cute lil pooch . I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to book a stay in Parhump. Thank you Mr. Dave for making our stay enjoyable .🤗

While the room was clean, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work at all. The walls are not soundproof. The pool was freezing, there was an oily film on the surface and the rails leading into the pool. Bed was good. Shower hot water took 4-5 minutes to get hot.

Awesome home near Death Valley
David’s home is huge and well supplied! King bed in master bedroom was very comfortable and extremely quiet neighborhood! He even had soft Cottonelle toilet paper! Sometimes it’s the small things that mean so much! Will definitely book again if in the area.

This host has a great property with great prices and a clean place to stay. It's also very convenient so that you can cook at the property, have a meal and share good time with your family. Will definitely rent from this host again.

Happy with 4-night stay
Wonderful home with multiple bedrooms/bathrooms. Very clean. David keeps it well-stocked with paper plates, plastic silverware, condiments, paper towels, etc. Wifi works well. No problems or issues. David (owner) is very easy to work and communicate with.

The property has separate entrances for each bedroom, making it a perfect place for adults with different schedules and needs. It worked well for our family when we attended a wedding.

Stayed for NCSSAA Shooting Sports Nationals
The house was really nice and very clean. Dave and his puppy were great! He made checking in and out simple and easy ,and answered message quickly! The whole week was great! Phurump is a nice town with lots options for food and things to do. We were about 1 1/2 from the Clark county shooting complex. The drive had great roads and very little traffic.

Perfect location to visit Death Valley
I'm delighted with my experience at this property! Dave was the perfect landlord; he was available if we needed anything but let us do our own thing most of the time. His "greeting committee" husky was so friendly and just too cute! The location is close enough to the town center for fuel, groceries, plenty of restaurant options, and easy access back to Death Valley. The rooms were comfortable, and the heater worked well (overnight low temperatures during our stay were in the high 30s). I highly recommend this property.

Amazing place to stay! David was really nice, the properly squeaky clean and so spacious! We really enjoyed the space and the area which was very calm. Also a great location to get to death valley (30mins to an hour, as close as it gets!) Highly recommend and would stay again!

Located On Way from CA
The house on the inside is very nice, clean and roomy for basically 7-8 adults with a master & bath, 4 BRs and 2 more full bathrooms. It has inside washer & dryer. Plenty of space inside for family activities. For a extra cleaning fee, we brought our dog. Property is less desirable on the outside (gravel all around) with no amenities, but you should not be renting it for that. Great location for outdoor things like Tecopa Hot Springs, Beatty, Death Valley, Spring Mountain, Red Rock and of course Las Vegas. We would definitely rent again with a large group. Only saw the owner 1 time in the beginning (he lives in a small detached apartment).

We rented this property for a family trip to Death Valley National Park. The owner of the property, David provided great service from start to finish. He consistently communicated with us upon booking to ensure we had all of the information needed for a smooth and easy check-in. He was readily available for any questions and was considerate and accommodating during our stay. David was friendly and welcoming, he made our stay so comfortable! The house was both clean and accommodating. We had everything we needed and each room was ready for the family to enjoy. Even the details of some items we forgot to pack were available on-site. It was a cozy stay as we had everything we needed in the kitchen and the space was well-heated as we visited during wintertime. Parking was easy and there were extra towels, blankets, washer and dryer, etc. Perfect for families looking for a place to stay in the area. We would highly recommend this stay and would stay here again on our next trip to the Death Valley National Park! Thank you David, for being a great host!

Visit with family
We were looking for the closest location to my grandmother's senior living community and this was a very short drive away. Traveling with small children is stressful but being able to let them use the level of voice they are used to without disturbing someone else is nice, plus them being able to sleep in seperate rooms. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house as we tried to make the most of our time with my grandmother, but it was a pleasant stay. Keiko and David were both very welcoming. Thank you.

Excellent stay!
Had a great stay at David's property. Plenty of room for families (although it was just me for this stay). Very well-furnished and comfortable. Well stocked with dishes, cookware, condiments, etc.; including plenty of paper plates, and plastic cutlery in case you don't want to wash dishes. Includes a washer/dryer although I did not use. Nice location - convenient to the town of Pahrump. Great cost-to-benefit ratio!!!

Great house.
The property was as advertised, clean and appropriately stocked. The A/C worked well. The bedding was comfortable and the towels were fluffy. We were here for training at Front Sight (expected to become PrarieFire), ~30 minutes away. It was great to have a kitchen to make lunches and some dinners. The property manager, David, was friendly and helpful.

Perfect Home Base for Death Valley NP
We are a 3-generation family and would definitely stay here again if we are fortunate to revisit this area. Our 2-night stay (a day in between exploring Death Valley NP) here was so enjoyable!! Truly a “home away from home” with its spacious living room including big screen TV and lots of books; 2 dining areas; very well equipped kitchen (host even supplied disposable paper products and cutlery if you don’t want to do dishes); 5 bedrooms (we used 3 of them and all of these beds were very comfortable); 3 bathrooms well stocked with towels; entire home very clean. We especially enjoyed meeting host David and his super friendly Husky named Keiko. Thank you David for your hospitality!!

Great for Front Sight
The house is always clean and well kept. Having 5 bedrooms is very handy for our group who cook for the employees of Front Sight every year. Kiko is a great dog and helps us out with the rib bones when we are done.

Great house for multiple people.
House is clean and well stocked. 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms make this ideal for multiple individuals to stay at. Easy access about 7-10 minutes from the main highway. David the owner is awesome and lives on site. Kiko his dog is very friendly. Pictures are accurate. Meet all of our needs and for a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spacious home to stay in close to Death Valley
We stayed here on our trip to Death Valley. The home is very spacious and clean. Amenities were good. The owner David lives in the detached garage conversion. David was very friendly and available when we had any questions. Overall, our stay was very comfortable. David also has an adorable husky Keiko, who our kids loved playing with (after they got over their initial hesitation). The home is about an hour's drive from Death Valley, and less than an hour from Red Rock Canyon area. Both are great outdoor places that we were able to enjoy during our stay here. We would definitely come back to this home when we are in this area again.

A wonderful surprise!
From the pictures, you wouldn't think this house is as large as it is. I was presently surprised on arrival to find out how spacious the the rooms and the layout of the living area was. It was extremely clean and felt very new. The beds were very soft and the water pressure was very good. Bathrooms were plentiful and spacious and not an "After thought" like a lot of VRBO properties in which I've stayed. I particularly liked the ultra friendly greeting "Committee" and liked how tucked away the property was. Nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day at work. Dave is an excellent host and communicates as much or as little as you need. Do not hesitate to stay at this property.

I brought 2 of my brothers-in-law and 3 nephews for a Front Sight course. this is a great house with plenty of beds, and plenty of places to sit and talk. We have been here before and will come again.
