Excellent tiny home in a gorgeous rv park. Great hosts. Even had a free band Saturday evening! Would recommend!

A stop on a long adventure

It was very nice…Very clean…Hosts were great ( Randy and Jennifer)…The only downside was the bed and bedding…A king bed is way to large for that room and the plastic mattress cover was very noisey when you moved

Best campground, wonderful cabin and fabulous hosts!!! We travel often and this is the best experience we have ever had!!! Campground is beautiful...they even hosted live music on Saturday evening.

There were a couple of issues with the tiny home but the people more than made up for it. These are good people and I would clash stay there again.

Well maintained cabin that was very comfortable to stay in. The host Randy and Jennifer go above and beyond what one would expect. We will be back !!!

Very clean and comfortable small cabin in Pagosa Springs!

We loved our stay at this cabin. The kids, ages 11, 11, and 13 enjoyed being tucked up in the loft. Our bedroom was comfortable with a large bed a great AC. The RV park was very clean (the nicest I have seen) and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The spot is a great jumping off point for your Pagosa adventure.

The owners of the RV park were very friendly and accommodating. When we had a few minor issues with our room, they responded fairly quickly and resolved most of them. The park was fairly quiet and family friendly. One thing we thought was necessary is a smaller queen size bed in the master. The king size bed was so big for the room, we struggled to get in and out. The only other thing was the front door knob did not lock. We were able to use the deadbolt to lock the room, but it was not as secure as we'd like. The owner did say the new knob was due to be fixed on Monday (we left on Saturday before that). That's it!

There was no water. Luckily I was able to turn it on with tools, because no one was available by phone. Everything else was fine

Cabin smaller than photos

Very clean. Randy and Bill were great! Helped with issues promptly. Good location. King bed was a plus but difficult to get around in room because mattress was as big as room,lol.

Worth the stay

Tiny house was perfect. There was a total of 3 of us that stayed. Loved the RV park that it is set in. The loft area is super short but it was perfect for our 13 year old to have some space of his own. High quality dishes and linens. King bed was a little hard for our liking.

Cute cabin in RV park

Nice comfortable little cabin; however, it is in an RV park. It's also just off Highway 160 not that we could hear traffic.

Cute and quiet place to stay. Grounds are immaculate and beautiful. Hosts, Randy and Jennifer, are wonderful.

Stayed in one of the tiny house cabins and it was perfect.....
