A little disappointed that the room we stayed, the shower heater is not hot enough.
This is a non-smoking hotel. Unfortunately even with such a big NON-SMOKING signboard displayed at common area, we still came across hotel guests smoking at the corridor or outside their rooms. Hope that the management will take action on this...

"The hotel is located near city center. It is close to eateries. The hotel's hygiene is satisfactory, air conditioning, and hot water are all very good. We have a non-smoking room. They have a private underground parking.
Disadvantages: The pillow is too old. It would be better if there is an option to pay a bit more for a refrigerator."

"Nice clean hotel. However, very noisy at night as the soundproofing isn't that great (can hear noise from neighboring rooms as well as the street). My room's toilet did not have an exhaust fan installed (there was an exposed hole in the ceiling along with wiring for an exhaust fan), however to be fair the hotel staff did offer to fix it but I was not in the room at that time. This should have been done before we checked in.
But all in all, I'm happy with the stay."

"Never go back again. When I booked via your website showing on the near the city Centre only 1.4mile but wasn’t too close. We need to drive over 30 minutes to there and not to the property that was the reception of the check in. And also we have to wait someone to guide me to the property.
So the location of the property and the distance showing on the Apps. It is totally wrong. Misleading customer.
