This house is distributed in a bright living room, in which there is a chaise longue next to a coffee table and several chairs. The kitchen is independent, and is equipped with everything necessary for the use of guests, since it has, among other things, a refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc.
It has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. In addition, there is a full bathroom with a shower.

The outside area of this house stands out a lot, since it has a wonderful porch where there is a table with chairs to meet outdoors, and next to this is the stone barbecue.
The pool is large and has a couple of sun loungers around it where you can lie down and relax.
In addition, it has a mini golf and a ping pong table, where you can enjoy a good time of fun in the company.

The communal areas, such as the garden and the barbecue, are shared with this other flat in winter. In summer, once the swimming pool is open, they will become private.
