A small villa with a terrace overlooking the lake, located within an elegant residence featuring a swimming pool, tennis court, and a pier with direct access to the lake and beach, set in a 5,000-square-meter park planted with centuries-old olive trees, in Padenghe sul Garda.



The home opens onto a spacious and bright living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, two dining tables with chairs, and a splendid terrace with outdoor table and chairs, offering an enchanting view of the lake and the residence’s garden. The kitchen, separate from the living room, is fully equipped with all modern amenities. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a single bed and a wardrobe. The apartment continues upstairs with the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second has a bunk bed. Both rooms have a wardrobe and a window overlooking the garden. Outside, at the rear of the apartment, guests can enjoy a private garden with a porch, table, chairs, and a barbecue—perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy outdoors. In addition to this area, there is also a small garden with direct access to the residence’s garden and the lake.



*The residence also benefits from an additional barbecue shared with the other apartments, direct entrances to the lake, beach and lakefront walk.



*Pool can be used from June 10 to Sept. 30 from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Use of swimming cap required.

Padenghe is a small town on the Brescia side of Lake Garda, nestled in the green moraine hills. This land forms the production area of the most important D.O.C. wine in the province of Brescia: “Garda Classico.” The Castle of Padenghe sul Garda, hosts theater companies for interesting evenings, musical groups, and historical and folklore reenactments that fill the sweet evenings after a day spent boating or on the beaches. This area of Lake Garda also offers many nightclubs for the younger crowd. There is also no shortage of long walks, bike paths, fields, a rich schedule of events, and golden beaches to enjoy during the summer season. The beaches of Padenghe sul Garda are beautiful in every season, as is the mysterious and romantic historic center.
