The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough. It’s built on a steep hillside so be prepared to have a good workout for the thighs coming and going to the restaurant and reception areas if you wish to walk; gold cart transport service is available if you prefer. "This is a property with a breathtaking view of the Ooty huills and valleys. The cottages are good although they now require a fresh coat of paint inside. Food is decent and the breakfast spread is very good and so is the dinner buffet. Hotel staff are helpful and response to the calls is quick. Hot water timings are restricted in the mornings and evenings but that's not too much of an issue. The hotel helped us with a immersion rod beyond the normal timings so that was very helpful. "我們是台灣人，這次來到印度主要是來isha朝聖，對於印度相當不熟悉，語言上有些困難，但是經理Vinoth給予很大的協助，像是盡全力連上我們的網路、幫我們叫車到isha、給予無微不至的關懷，給予他們的服務人員們很大的肯定，是我們在印度的庇護所。另外這間度假飯店的環境相當清幽與舒服，房務人員相當優秀，整理得很乾淨且舒適。最重要的是，整個度假飯店的能量氛圍很好，身心靈都相當放鬆，也可試試SPA，會有不一樣的感受！如果再有機會來到印度，一定會再來！ 建議：在飯店內的消費沒有明細，如果能詳細且專業的紀錄或提供每次消費的收據，那會更讓人更加放心。"
