Hoteller i Pacinongong

"We love our stayed at this hotel, the room is very clean, friendly staff, always enjoyed our breakfast. This is the best hotel in town, highly recommended."

"Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge. I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level."

"Good services at reception"

Weinig mensen spreken Engels."

"My credit card has been used fraudulently."

"Outside varanda light stays on 24hrs The room has the light beaming in all night The hot and cold water. In the shower Is either boiling hot. Or cold. You have to pay extra for a made coffee at breakfast I think better value for money elsewhere"

"Just okay nothing else front desk staff need more pay attention that's all"

"Great location, comfy room with hot water, affordable place to stay because of layovers. Thank you."

"Some issues were a challenge. When we checked in our non-smoking room was unavailable and we could only be moved to a non-smoking room after two days. One elevator was out of order leading to very very long wait times as the hotel was full and too many people for just two elevators. When we did move room, we have to stand a queue for 45 minutes just to get our new key"

"Good"

"The stove in the kitchen didn't work, and the toilets had a strong smell coming from them constantly that wouldn't go away no matter how many times you flushed or cleaned it. You would think they would properly clean the place and make sure everything is working before letting someone else stay there. "

"Excellent location in Makassar."
