- This is a waterfront property. Sound of the ocean is soothing to most. Light sleeper might need earplugs.

- Exterior security cameras in place.

- We are reminding our valued guests to refrain from descending the rock hill in the backyard for safety reasons. Doing so is solely at guests' own risk and responsibility.

-We have included signages in the backyard near the rocks as an added precaution for safety.

-The indoor fireplace adds charm to the space and only serves as a decorative feature.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.



Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.
