Located in a quiet area at the top of Horizon Street in the South Farm District, this family friendly home is on a spacious lot adjacent to the forest and just one block from the farm. It’s close to the bike trail and only a short walk to connect to the Gnome Trail down to the ocean. Enjoy territorial views, listen to the birds, and hear the ocean in the distance. Flip Flop Inn is a pet-free home to accommodate those with pet allergies.

Flip Flop Inn has the best of both Indoor and Outdoor Living Indoor Living Enter from the wrap-around porch to the main floor where you’ll find comfortable seating in the living room, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV. In the dining room the table has chairs and bench seating and is extendable for larger gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen is roomy with stainless steel appliances including a gas range. Beautiful quartz countertops and subway backsplash top off this new kitchen.

Upstairs, the entire third floor primary bedroom suite is an absolute getaway in itself! The numerous windows and glass door let the light fill the room. This along with the territorial views make the primary suite a coveted part of the house. There is even a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. Read a book, have a drink out on the private deck, or watch a movie inside. A King size bed with a Beautyrest Black mattress set will ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. The spa-like bathroom has a glass-door tiled shower and a two-sink vanity.

Downstairs, below the main floor, is the media room and an area for the kids to play. There is a Smart TV and DVD player as well as board games. The bunk room has four Twin XL bunks big enough for kids and adults alike, each with it’s own reading light. There is a third bedroom with a Queen size bed, also with a Beautyrest Black mattress set, and a large walk-in closet. This room also has it’s own mounted Smart TV. Additionally, one of the sofa chairs in the media room folds out into a single bed. There is a full-size bathroom with bath and shower as well as full-size washer and dryer. From the media room you can exit out the back door to the fire pit and hot tub.

Insulation in all the interior walls, floors, and ceilings keeps this home quiet on all three levels.

Outdoor Living Flip Flop Inn has outstanding outdoor living! Relax on the wrap-around porch while watching the horses in the South Pasture across the edge of Barn Hill Park. In the backyard gather with family and friends at the fire pit or sit in the hot tub and gaze at the stars. There is also a covered porch just outside the backdoor from the media room where you can keep dry if it’s raining while watching the kids in the hot tub. The main floor has another covered porch with a barbeque and seating just off the living room. If you want privacy, retreat to the master bedroom suite porch with room for two away from it all. Bottom line is this, with four separate porches on multiple levels, there is no shortage of outdoor living at Flip Flop Inn!
