"The Hotel is walkable to PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium. So much to do on Penn Avenue. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You can't go up the elevator with out your room key. That is a great safety feature. Staff is excellent as well. "

The room was clean and beautiful, great climate control, fluffy towels and the best fleece-lined robes are available in the room. The two beds offered both a more firm mattress and one had a softer experience which I love personally. The pillows too, many options of firm or soft. The staff was all super friendly and wonderful including the in-room service staff. My only wish is that the in-room...

"The staff was awesome. We had booked 2 nights separately and they changed the reservations quickly so that we didn't have to change rooms.
The couch/pillows in room were stained and carpet needs replacing.
Otherwise, no complaints, nice atmosphere and decor. We enjoyed our weekend stay!"

Also, the rooms were spacious, having a fridge was helpful as we were bringing some food to an event in Pittsburgh and needed to keep it cool. The location was great.
