"Min søn og jeg var på hockeytur til Toronto, og havde valgt hotellet pga. beliggenheden, lige ved siden af Scotiabank Arena, men det lå samtidig vanvittig godt set i forhold til Toronto's mange turistattraktioner, som var i gåafstand fra hotellet. Der ud over lå det lige op ad Union station, så du kunne også hurtigt komme på længere ture.
Hotellet var fantastisk og samtlige af de ansatte vi mødte, var utrolig hjælpsomme og venlige, på en meget behagelig og ægte måde.

Got a text the night before with instructions and the day of I got another one with someone reaching out to meet us at the property. Checkin was a slight hassle but quickly resolved our issue and got to our parking spot and up to the room.

Even though it’s in the heart of downtown, it’s still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well."

"The location was excellent! We didn't need a car or an Uber because you could walk everywhere from the CN Tower to Harbour Point or the Eaton Center.
Also the host (Anish) was very helpful with providing storage options for our luggage and helping with the quick check-in and check-out process.
The apartment itself was nice, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I didn't get to use the kitchen amenities, but it's wonderful to have everything needed for a full stay.

"Extremely quiet hotel!! We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was fully booked some of the days, but we could not hear the other guests in the neighbor rooms, which is really rare! We have stayed in many, many hotels all over the world but I remember only two hotels where I did not have to sleep with ear plugs, and this Novotel is one of them. For that reason alone, I would stay here again if I should return to Toronto some day. My sleep is a priority when we travel! The staff was great too, especially the restaurant staff. They were working very hard and the restaurant is slightly too small for a hotel this large, so there was always a bit of wait time when going to breakfast, which is the only negative thing I could mention. The breakfast was quite decent. Awesome fresh fruit selection, and their yoghurt parfaite was so good!! Always fresh pancakes, waffles or French toast, and the coffee was good too. We ordered eggs from the waiters which was included in the breakfast buffet, and the hotel was located a short walk from the Union Station, so public transportation was very easy! You don't need to buy or install a Presto card either, just tap your own bank card when you enter a train or bus."
