"Place was just ok, outdoor pool wasn't open, one restaurant with a very limited menu, bar close early, Marina was close, I did pay an expensive resort fee for nothing... People in the frot desk no friendly at all... The Star only is for the ladies on the Spa they very sweet! and steam room was broken, Room smells humidity and air run bad... Extremely cold or extremely hot, go somewhere else better, bad choice for a romantic escape!"

"First time to the Mountain Home area and could not be happier with our choice of places to stay. The owners live on site and run the on site restaurant. Check in was a breeze. Went to the restaurant and meet the owner. She was very friendly and even helped us get a reservation for the evening at the restaurant. The small 1 room cabin was perfect. The views of Lake Norfolk was perfect as well. The owners prepared the cabin for every situation. It was a tad bit cool. After looking around we found...

"This hotel is always clean- breakfast is good. A little dated and little things like light bulbs burned out, bathroom products empty, and train noise can wake you up at night. Overall- I always enjoy my stay here and will definitely be going back when I visit my family in the area!"
