"Have stayed there many times for a clean and close to Highway 65 and a lot of amenities."

"There were roaches smashed in multiple places on the wall in our room, used shampoo was on the sink, and hair was all in the tub. The bathroom smelled like chlorine. The pool was too cold and the hot tub looked GROSS. There was a film over the top and hair floating all in it also. The pool area appeared to be the room they store all their plants in as well. The AC in the room wouldn't stay on, the knobs didn't seem to work properly and the light from the hairdryer was like a spotlight shining in...

"The property has been totally remodeled and is in great shape. The staff is outstanding and very helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a great variety of options both hot and cold. The downside might be if you were on the second floor (which I was not) there is no elevator. My guess is you could request a ground floor room and they would accommodate. I did have an issue with the air conditioning on the second night of my stay which was addressed and corrected immediately. The staff...

"Very good for transit and business travel."

"I only have 1 complaint! I like a taller toilet! but the old low profile toilets seem pretty common in most older Hotels / motels! The room was clean and nicely decorated! The bed was comfortable - not to soft or hard -perfect! and it was quiet! The breakfast was good - the sausage was good and they had sort of a soft serve yogurt with extra toppings that was very good!! I am sure it was also very healthy!! Haha !! Actually the layout of the hotel was nice with the courtyard and pool...

"Room was great, clean, comfortable beds and couches, and well maintained with fully stocked kitchen and full size fridge. If you had to stay an extended time period, this layout was great for vacations. Unfortunately, we heard people partying when I was awakened around 1230am early Sunday morning, thought about calling the main desk but eventually the noise level went down around 130am. We had also wanted to enjoy their highly rated breakfast but found out when checking in that weekend breakfast...

"The staff was amazing and we loved our room. Breakfast had good options"

"The Rail Haven needs a lot of deferred maintenance. desk person gave us a crappy room and we had to change. Hardly anyone there in a Wednesday night, so why try to stick us in a tiny outdated room. we left before breakfast but the coffee was good. Another gentleman helped us move and mentioned there are different sizes of rooms and furnishings. Paid a 127.00 for a room. Did have a nice bed and pillows."

"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. The omelet was AWESOME!!! I had a great time."

"Front desk while checking in and out were awesome!!"

"Thin walls are my only complaints!"

"Best breakfast I've had included in my stay in a very long time"

"We were disappointed with stay. The room was in an annexe and had no way of blocking light from the windows that included skylights and, although ear plugs were provided to combat noise from the adjacent road, it didn’t really meet up to our expectations from the advert. Also we discovered this B&B didn’t give breakfast."

"I’ve stayed here a couple of times. Fairly clean hotel. Nice staff. Great for families so that you have room and the ability to cook if you’d like."

"I paid for a suite that I didn’t receive. The reservation was made a full week ahead, I arrived went to the room they never mentioned anything. When I went back down to try to get it fixed I was told they didn’t have anymore suites. I don’t mind a smaller room, but I do mind paying for something I didn’t receive. Very poor management on someone’s end."

"The lady at check in was very pleasant and helpful the next morning."
