"Great place to stay after a long day at Kings Dominion! Place was nice, clean, quiet! Front desk staff and housekeepers were all very nice and friendly!
Breakfast was great and the lady stocking the breakfast was very nice and helpful!

"Like staying there but their business room was pretty broken. Wanted to use computer to run off a couple of things and it wouldn't start up. Had girl from the front desk to look at it. She got it started but said they had a power outage recently. Tried to use printer and didn't work at all. These items were important to us. We managed but made life more difficult."

"This is my go to hotel when I’m in Richmond. The location is outside the city but close to 95 making travel easier. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are quiet and clean."

"Overall, the room was clean and spacious. However, the bathroom is claustrophobically tiny. No mirror or wash basin in the bathroom. Room cleaning is only every other day. That is a major turn off. Breakfast was just okay, not much variety. Fruits were especially stale, consistently."

"Room was great. Clean and quiet. The rest of the building is in disrepair. Giant fans to recover from water damage were going in the lobby at all hours. Sign on ice maker on second floor said it was inoperative and to use the machines on 3 or 5. I took the only operating elevator (the other one was out of service) to the 3rd floor which was completely torn apart installing new lan wiring throughout. Huge bundles of cat 6 cables hung down from the ceiling about every three feet giving the place...
