► Guests will not have access to the indoor fireplace. Hunting, firearms or fireworks are strictly not allowed on property.

► The loft is secured with sturdy railings; however, young children should be supervised, as with any elevated area.

► Please be aware that there is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. All food waste should be placed in the covered garbage can provided. For larger disposal needs, there is a bin located in the storage room off the covered porch at the back of the main house.
