The Space:

Mornings begin quietly with coffee in hand as soft light fills the living space, while evenings invite you to settle in after a day exploring Oxford’s lively Square just a short drive away. Tucked into The Oxford Commons, this newly built home offers a comfortable setting where you can unwind, gather & enjoy time together at your own pace.



The space

Designed to host up to 8 guests, the home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, offering room for both connection and privacy. The layout includes a king bed in the master suite, complete with a 55” SMART TV, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. Two upstairs guest rooms each have queen beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom, while a downstairs guest suite with a queen bed includes its own bathroom. All bedrooms are outfitted with 12” memory foam mattresses, crisp bed linens, and extra pillows and blankets for a restful stay.



Living & entertainment

The main living area provides a relaxed place to gather, with a 55” SMART TV and comfortable seating. Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round, while Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected or catch up on work if needed. A washer and dryer - in unit adds everyday convenience during your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is a welcoming hub where meals come together easily. You’ll have access to a full kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics, along with a coffee maker and hot water kettle for slow mornings. The dining table offers space to sit down together, with additional seating at the kitchen island, making it easy to share meals, conversation, or a casual evening drink.



Amenities & essentials

You’ll find bathroom essentials, towels, and thoughtful touches like a hair dryer and clothing storage including a walk-in closet and additional closet space. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras on property, including a Ring doorbell with front door camera. Self check-in is available with a smart lock for easy arrival.

-Pets welcome for $30/day per pet, with additional cleaning fee for excessive messiness

-Ring doorbell camera recording motion-activated video. These cameras will record video and will be on during your stay and guests must not cover up a camera.

-Keyless front and back door entry, smart garage door entry; access details provided before check-in

-Studio above the garage available for larger groups: Sleeps 2, separate entrance, loveseat, 55” Smart TV, queen bed, washer and dryer, bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (rented for an additional charge if available)



***CANCELLATION POLICY: We do not allow cancellations for football games, concerts, Double Decker, or Ole Miss Graduation. For all other dates, we have a moderate cancellation policy***
