"We were there during the unfortunate event of a fire. We were vendors at the Horse Expo, so gone all day till 6 pm.They staff were friendly, caring and courteous.
The only thing is, I wished they had contacted us as soon as it was possible to let us know what had happened. We would have dealt with our stuff sooner and not had such a late night.
But like what said the staff were friendly and sympathetic. There are 2 separate buildings on the property, so they moved us to a new room.

"Very impressed with the overall experience of this hotel. All of the staff including the front check in, housekeeping and breakfast servers were so pleasant. Also love the location of the hotel. It was so close to dinning and easy access to the hwy. And as a bonus their coffee is extra hot and very good. "

"I stayed here for two days with my husband and 3 kids we had a blast in the future we will stay again but I hope they change the door to the bathrooms as it was a super tight squeeze to get in and out especially if you are in a hurry also add a bigger vent has it took a very long time for heat to circulate in the bathroom after shower but other then these 2 I truly loved staying at the hotel thank you to all the staff for all your help and patience "

We have a 5 yr old and a 1 yr old and had the best hotel naps during the day and slept sound during the night. As soon as our heads hit the pillow, we were sound asleep. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. We would absolutely stay here again. "
