As you enter the home, you will be in the large, deluxe kitchen equipped with all-new appliances and amenities to cook up a feast.  Folks can sit at the counter or in the comfortable chairs to converse with those preparing, or at the dining table to play cards. Around the corner is the living room, set up with ample seating and a new, large, flat-screen Smart TV for an evening movie, as well as a convenient laundry room. On the other side of the living room is a new king bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom and TV, and a full bedroom on the other side of the staircase. There is a new half bath near the house's entry. 

Upstairs, you will find a king bedroom with flat screen Smart TV, as well as, a sitting area to read a book or relax. There is also a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twins. Between them is a hall bathroom with a custom tiled shower/tub combo. All of the bedrooms have a window air-conditioning unit to cool you down and make it very comfortable to sleep.

This beautiful home has a large, flat open yard and beautifully landscaped gardens surrounding it for peaceful enjoyment. Head north and enjoy the happening town life that the adjoining towns of Rockland, Rockport and Camden have to offer. Head south and experience "the way life used to be" in Owls Head, Thomaston, Spruce Head, and Tenants Harbor.

Outside there is a comfortable back deck to watch the sunset after a day of exploring the lighthouse and/or many public beaches within a mile of the house. 

Close by attractions include Owls Head Light State Park or the Owls Head Transportation Museum. With downtown Rockland a short ride away, you can enjoy the Farnsworth Museum, wonderful art galleries, interesting shopping and art museums, plentiful restaurants, golf courses, as well as the museum at the end of the Breakwater inside the Rockland Light, which is still in operation.
