"My husband and I spent one night. We were able to check in a bit before the official time. The clerk and the desk expedited getting the room ready. The room decor was current. There was even a framed picture of Martin Luther King on one wall. In these politically contentious times we thought that was a nice touch."

My only "complaint" was trying to find an ice machine. I had perishable food with me and hoped to get ice (I was told you had a refrigerator that I could use, then when I checked in was told it wasn't available because a guest had their insulin in it. How small of a refrigerator do you have?) The one on my floor...
