"Best view, very clean property. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Love the peace and nature of it. However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. Oh take note of insects at night. But it makes the whole experience wholesome. Trip in and out of the hotel...

"Impressive design of hotel, The heated pool was enjoyable. Staff is very attentive and nice. Just felt great when staying there. Only con are the roads to the city center. They are in very poor condition, but of course not something the hotel can be accountable for. "

"Beautiful hotel with prime location and spectacular views, however resulting in too many guests occupying public spaces doing endless “photos shoots”. Found the restaurant service a bit disapointing and though the plates was beautifully arranged, the food served was cold and over priced. Luckily there are plenty of other restaurant options around town. Pool facilities was greatly appreciated. Front desk and lobby staff very kind and helpful, however most other staff have very limited English...
