Just 1000 meters from the beaches, beach pavilions, and dunes of Ouddorp, this luxurious holiday villa with a private pool in the garden is located.

Enjoy the spacious home with a delightful bright living room featuring 2 leather sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with 8 comfortable chairs. The TV in the living room has Netflix, allowing you to watch movies and series of your choice with your own account. Additionally, you can use the DVD player with various DVDs and the Sonos bar for an enhanced movie experience. Of course, you can also use it to listen to your own playlists. In the cupboard, you'll find various books and games, and the traditional shuffleboard is also available.

The white open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, combination microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Furthermore, the kitchen features a Nespresso machine with aerocino, a separate coffee maker if you prefer brewing a pot of coffee, and various appliances such as a blender, mixer, citrus press, and toaster.

Next to the house is a carport. In the storage room next to the front door, you'll find an additional fridge-freezer and storage space.

Through the sliding door, you step onto the charming terrace with a canopy where you can sit in the shade at the garden table with 8 chairs or relax on the lounge set. If it gets chilly in the evening, you can light the outdoor fireplace, which can also be used as a barbecue.

Swimming Pool:
The illuminated swimming pool measures 8 x 4 meters and is heated by a deck with solar panels. A fun detail: the pool also has a jacuzzi function. Next to the pool is a comfortable lounge set, and after swimming or a visit to the beach, you can rinse off under the outdoor shower. In the garden, you'll also find a trampoline, a climbing frame, and soccer goals to keep children entertained.

House Rules:
The house is situated among other holiday homes, so the following rules are intended to ensure everyone's enjoyment:

No use of the pool after 22:00 (open from Easter to the autumn holiday).

No outdoor music allowed, and after 22:00, no noise disturbance for the neighbors and surrounding houses.

Ground Floor:

Living area with open kitchen, wooden dining table for 8 people, and two separate sofas.

Bathroom with toilet, shower cabin, and a sink, washing machine, and dryer.

Storage room with fridge-freezer and storage space.

First Floor:

Bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm) and air conditioning.

Bedroom with a double box spring with two mattresses of 90 cm and a bunk bed with air conditioning.

Bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) with air conditioning.

2nd bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

Ironing board and iron.

Stair gate.

Outdoor:

Enclosed garden with access gate and 2 parking spaces on private property.

Bicycle rack.

Rotary clothesline.

Soccer goal.

Swimming pool.

Outdoor shower.

2 dogs allowed (not on sofas and/or beds).

Note: The pool is open from Easter to the autumn holiday. The average temperature is 24 degrees. The use of the pool is entirely at your own risk. There is no fence around it! The water can be automatically covered with a deck of solar panels. The purpose is to heat the water. However, this does not provide stability, so it cannot be walked on. The side of the deck does not seamlessly connect to the edge of the pool, maintaining the risk of falling in. When renting the house, you sign a declaration that you understand and accept this risk.


- Rental to companies/workmen at Noordzeepark is not permitted – in case of misuse, access will be denied without refund.

- If your travel party is not family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
