"I had a pleasant stay at Brookstreet, but I feel there's room for improvement with the in-room entertainment. Upgrading the TVs to allow guests to access their personal Netflix or Hulu accounts would greatly enhance the experience, This addition would definitely make future stays more enjoyable."

"Nice hotel, concierge very friendly and helpful! Thermal spa looked amazing, beautiful set up. Excellent restaurants on site. I would probably stay here again for these reasons. That said, housekeeping could do a better job - laminate floor was sticky, table tops were sticky and there was a face cloth left from a previous guest hung over the shower curtain in the bathroom, then missed during my stay as well. Bathroom grout could use a bleaching and bathroom door could use a magic eraser. "

"Visited here in the off season and was given one of the condos as our room for the night. Truly amazing, large open concept space of kitchen, dining and family room. Tastefully decorated. Spacious washroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi tub, and larger master bedroom. Even though the hotel was area was virtually closed, the wonderful staff brought us continental breakfast the night before to put in our fridge and coffee with cream. There was enough food for 6 people. I hope to come back here...
