"Initially, when we arrived, the property looked unkempt. The “grass” had not been mowed. The front door jam (metal part) was pulling away from the base, which could have been a hazard to a younger child. When we walked in, the house smelled like sewer…BAD! "House was very clean. Bathtub was very slick and deep, making it rather difficult to get out of. I would recommend putting some kind of anti-slip material in there."

"We had an awesome stay for Mom's weekend at KU. We will definitely be back!"

"The location was fantastic. We walked to David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium for a football game. The place is perfect for 2 people, anymore than that might be a bit tight. Prompt communication throughout our stay."

"The house was very clean. Had a wonderful selection of teas. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay at this location again."

"Wonderful little getaway, super clean and cozy! Lots of fun antiques. Perfect for families with kids. Check in was easy and the hosts were communicative when we had issues. Overall great place to stay!"

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the...
