I personally responded promptly, inviting you to come down and meet you personally to solve all the highlighted problems. You are gone. I don't even know what physical appearance you look like, because you were not able to have a civil, face-to-face confrontation. Here, our daily mission is to smile and satisfy all our guests. Guests polite and loyal. It was not written anywhere that you should have finding bathrobes and kettle. You did not book these services nor did you pay for them. Upon your check out you were asked by my colleague Martina how your stay was going. and with a radiant smile you answered very well. Here we do our best. The rule does not apply here: the customer is always right. I'm sorry i was not able to have an educate confrontation with you in person.
