Attico Elmar is an exclusive apartment for holidays in Otranto, near the city centre and the beach. The holiday home is on the first floor and it accommodates up to 4 guests. It`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, hair-dryer, tv, iron and ironing board. Pets are not allowed.

Attico Elmar is a luxury apartment. The panoramic balcony with glass railing allows to enjoy the amazing view on the sea and on the old town centre of Otranto.
The apartment consists of a refined living room
with prestigious elements. Moreover, there are the dining area,
fully-equipped kitchen with island and a seating area with sofa.
The sleeping area consists of 2 basic but cozy double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a laundry room with washing machine. There is an outdoor seating area on the balcony.

Attico Elma is a holiday home in Otranto,
400 meters away from the city centre and the beach. The coast of
Otranto is characterized by many lovely small bays, sandy beaches such
as Alimini and the uncontaminated nature of Baia dei Turchi.
The
old town centre of Ostuni is a worth discovering gem, with many cafés,
restaurants, artisanal shops and shopping area along the narrow streets
in the centre. By the holiday home there is a pay and display secure
parking. (50 meters away)

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 20 per person per week to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
