Either of the first floor wings of the property is accessed via two individual stairs with a two bedrooms and a full bathroom on each side. The first bathroom has a bath and an overhead shower and the second a walk-in shower. Outdoors, the enclosed front garden boasts a manicured lawn and a patio with pergola and gas BBQ. To the end of the garden is a shed which is ideal for storing bikes.
