It has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room, three spacious and refined double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a spa with Turkish bath and hydromassage tub, for a total of 160 square metres. The rooms are spacious, refined, furnished with period furniture and equipped with every comfort.

Characteristic are its beautiful façade as blue as the Apulian sky and its romantic stone balcony. Outside, guests have exclusive use of the private swimming pool and two patios, surrounded by lush, spacious gardens with lawns, olive trees, flowers and Mediterranean scrub.
