The Lamia sleeps 5, divided respectively into 2 double rooms with private bathrooms; one of the two rooms offers the possibility of accommodating a third single bed. There is a private swimming pool, with panoramic views and an emotional waterfall. The property features all the comforts of a modern apartment in a rural and peaceful setting this will suit all those people eager to "unplug" and immerse themselves in a place of tranquility and bliss. Each room of the lamia is equipped with an air conditioner capable of delivering both hot and cold air, a service wi-fi useful for all essential services, induction stoves, an indoor and outdoor refrigerator as well as a large gazebo that can accommodate your outdoor lunches and dinners, also equipped with a cooktop.

The indoor heated hot tub is not included in the price, so should guests wish to reserve it, you must notify us in your reservation so that the heating system can be turned on beforehand.

For the avoidance of doubt, we would like to inform all of our guests that there are very sweet dogs inside the property, so we do not recommend that any people who may be intimidated or frightened book on our estate. In addition, from time to time a garden attendant will provide for the replacement of the pool filters and the matte maintenance of the green area, the same will maintain a proper and reserved attitude that will not spoil the privacy of the guests.
