A beautiful and spacious two-level apartment located in a very central area, outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) but just a short walk from the historic center of Ostuni, in a neighborhood with all the essential amenities. The apartment offers all the amenities needed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony, and a furnished terrace overlooking the sea and the city—perfect for unforgettable moments of relaxation.



The 105-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, with a separate entrance from the street, and is spread over multiple levels. Please note that there are internal flights of stairs.



The interior is laid out as follows.



On the first floor, after climbing a flight of 15 steps, you’ll find:

- Open-concept kitchen with a dining table, split A/C, and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, espresso maker, toaster, electric kettle, conventional oven, and microwave

- Living room with sofa and TV

- Bedroom with a double bed, built-in coat rack in a niche, and split A/C

- Bathroom with toilet and shower stall

- Balcony.



On the second floor, after climbing 10 high steps, you’ll find:

- Bedroom with a double bed, open wardrobe, split A/C, and en suite bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower

- Terrace with sea and city views, furnished with a small sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, and deck chairs.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).





PLEASE NOTE: For security reasons, there are two outdoor surveillance cameras—one on the terrace and one at the entrance to the accommodation.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Ostuni Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Keys must be picked up between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM at our office located at Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, a 10-minute walk from the apartment.



After 9:00 PM, direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



The tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.
