Not only the older guests, but also the younger ones should feel at home here. The sockets are fitted with child safety locks and the stairs can be secured with a stair gate. There are two comfortable loungers on the gallery for both older and younger guests.

On the Mönchgut peninsula in the south-east of Rügen, water and land intersect more intimately than anywhere else on the island. The village of Baabe lies at the "gateway" to the Mönchgut peninsula on both sides of the B 196 main road. Its location on an isthmus gives it an interesting alternation of "four faces" in a narrow landscape. A long walk along the Baltic Sea is not only very attractive, but also healthy. The sun, the wind and the vitalising salt content of the air work together to strengthen the body's defences.
